Joshua Jones serves as Head of Operations and Human Resources at Woodberry Associates, leveraging his decades of experience in association management, program development, and government affairs.
As a member of the firm’s senior leadership team, Joshua reports to the CEO and holds executive-level responsibility for both the operational and people functions of the firm. He spearheads the strategic direction and efficient execution of daily operations and the full employee lifecycle, while serving a portfolio of clients.
Joshua has built a career developing creative approaches to complex problems and applying service-based leadership to build effective relationships with stakeholders, elected officials and regulatory agencies. A Maryland native, Joshua has served on state and federal government agency workgroups and championed initiatives across the country. He holds the SHRM Certified Professional credential.
Josh earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, is a University Greek Centennial Honor Roll honoree and remains active as an advisor to undergraduates and student groups.
