Allison DeBattista brings more than a decade of expertise in nonprofit management to support coalition advocacy work at Woodberry Associates where she directs coalition building, strategic alliance engagement and advocacy related projects.
A Louisiana native, Allison has spent most of her professional career advocating on behalf of individuals with severe health conditions and worked tirelessly to expand access to treatment and care. In a previous role, DeBattista was executive director of Epilepsy Alliance Louisiana where she increased the statewide organization’s budget by 88-percent with sustainable funding and raised more than $1 million for services.
Allison earned a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Mississippi. She continues to serve on the board of the Epilepsy Alliance America where she volunteers to teach the importance of advocacy on a local, state, and federal level and to help empower communities to use their voices.
Allison resides in Virginia with her husband, William.
