Michelle Meza is a director in Woodberry Associates’ Strategic Alliances division.
With nearly a decade of experience bridging policy and politics in managerial roles across government, presidential campaigns, and multilateral and philanthropic organizations like the World Bank and the Gates Foundation, Michelle recently joined Woodberry Associates as a Director within the Strategic Alliances division, where she leads the management of women’s health non-profit clients.
Passionate about cross-sector partnerships for the public good, she brings a battle-tested skill set in coalition-building, stakeholder engagement, and driving intergovernmental relations across party lines to advance strategic initiatives.
Before joining Woodberry Associates, Michelle led a small team as Regional Mobilization Manager for the Harris for President Campaign and the Wisconsin Democratic Party. She has also held roles as a Special Assistant and Director of Scheduling for Representatives Nanette Barragán (D-CA) and Steven Horsford (D-NV), respectively, and served as a political appointee in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency under the Biden administration.
Michelle holds a Master of Policy Management from Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy and an MPA from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. A Peruvian American by background, she considers both Lima and Washington, D.C., her homes.
