Claire Emefele is a senior manager of Strategic Communications at Woodberry Associates, where she helps lead the team’s strategic messaging and campaigns for health nonprofits. Through her commitment to health equity and literacy, Claire hopes to continue to ensure that patients of all backgrounds can make informed decisions on their health and have equitable access to care.
Prior to joining Woodberry, she worked in communications at the Lupus Foundation of America and Booz Allen Hamilton. She earned her master’s degree in marketing with a concentration in public relations from Liberty University and her bachelor’s degree in mass communications from Virginia Commonwealth University. Claire is a Nigerian-American native to the DC metropolitan area.
